My name is Alma Jeannette Diaz. I hold degrees in Travel and Tourism Management, Business Administration, and Early Childhood Education. My passion for continuous learning drives me to constantly enroll in new classes, not only to expand my knowledge but also to share it with others.

I am deeply passionate about business; whether I’m launching a new venture or assisting others in starting theirs, I find great fulfillment in both. I own three successful businesses and manage an afterschool program dedicated to helping children achieve academic excellence.

Originally from El Salvador, I am married, the mother of three boys, and the grandmother of four grandchildren. My faith in God has been a guiding force in reaching my goals.

I have been actively involved in various associations, serving as president of APCID, Latino Liaison of FFCCHA, and mentor at BLI. I take great joy in helping business owners grow their enterprises and improve their financial health. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending quality moments with my family.

As chairman of iGuru, Nicole is one of the leaders in today’s international strategy consulting industry and is widely recognized for him expertise in the implementation of change within the corporation.

Nicole joined iGuru in 1977, after graduating from Harvard Business School. She earned her MBA with high distinction, was a Baker scholar, won the Brown prize as the most outstanding marketing student in her class

Nicole has contributed to a number of leading management and business journals, such as the Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal, as well as given speeches at leadership conferences around the world. An active leader not only in the business world, but in the community as a whole, Nicole is accomplishments are numerous. In 2007, she was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award from “Consulting” magazine and was honored at the magazine’s awards dinner for women leaders in consulting.
